Goods/Services Indirect

Goods/Services Indirect covers laws that apply to consumer purpose non-motor vehicle, closed-end, retail installment financing. The product addresses issues in a question/answer format. The questions relate to licensing, fee and payment limitations, disclosures, perfecting security interests, recordkeeping, collections, and other pertinent issues. The responses are based on state statutes, regulations and materials published by the regulating entity. The responses generally do not cover local or municipal ordinances. The responses do not address issues related to open-end credit accounts, direct loans or motor vehicle secured retail installment sales.
